訂單及運送

☾As each item is individually handmade to order, please carefully consider the size before purchasing. Each item is made one by one, so there may be a 1-4cm size difference. Please consider this risk before purchasing; thank you for your understanding.

☾The color of product photos may vary from the actual product due to different monitors or shooting location and weather conditions. If you are sensitive to colors, please contact us first.

☾Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

☾Under normal circumstances, returns and refunds are not accepted for non-quality issues (e.g., clothing damage, incorrect tailoring, severe fabric damage). Please take note of this; thank you for your understanding.

☾If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the item.

☾Depending on fabric availability, items may go out of stock or even be discontinued at any time. If this occurs, existing orders will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping and Delivery Information

☾In-stock items will be shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed and payment is completed.

☾Pre-ordered items are handmade one by one and take approximately 20 to 40 business days. If fabric is insufficient, we will issue a refund within 7 business days after payment. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

☾For Taiwan, delivery is by freight carrier. Due to different policies of each shipping company, please also leave your "Chinese address, name" and "ID number" in the remarks. Thank you.

※Orders will be delayed if complete recipient information is missing.

☾For other countries, shipping is via EMS postal service, generally delivered in about 7-14 days.

※Actual situation depends on the status of the shipping logistics.
